Meet Prima Yachting family and become one of us.
The sea has always been a significant part of his life and from an early age he was always been fascinated with yachts. Holding a Diploma from National Merchant Marine Academy and having cruised with bulk curries all over the world for 3 years, pushed him outside of his comfort zone and turn his love into job. Also, with many years of experience in Hellenic Coast Guard in various sectors such as security, safety, navigation, seamanship and later as a Captain in mega yachts, has a long-term knowledge of the yachting industry. Being also a sailor and RYA Yachtmaster he is experienced enough so that to bestow his advice and assistance to fellow sailors.

She was born and raised in Brussels but at the age of 22 she came back to Greece, the place of her origin. Speaking fluently 5 languages (Greek, Dutch, English, German and French) she loves to communicate with different cultures, to promote her country and create lifetime memories for clients and partners. A lover of travel, stickler for detail, admirer of the exquisite and a customer service enthusiast, she firmly believes that the best outcome from our clients is the best payment to our work.
Christina Farantaki
Co-founder
As he was a gifted sailor from a young age his passion for the sea it was above all else. He participated in many sailing races as a member of the national sailing team of Greece at the Olympic category 4.70 and gaining many awards, he decided to turn his hobby into a business. Diplomatist in Economics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens such as a certificate in yacht’s painting inspections (FROSIO) gives him the advantage of offering his knowledges to drive this company at the top of the market. With his technical team are responsible for the yacht’s maintenance and they ensure that it is fully functional so that you can enjoy the best vacation you will ever have. He will also help you during check in and check out.

Coming from a yachtsmen family, water is her natural habitat, while her studies in Maritime at the University of Piraeus have proven her most useful tool in the water and out of it. Later, this knowledge became passion, the passion became her dream and the dream her beloved business. Being occupied in various positions within the yachting society, in reputable companies brings great value to Prima Yachting. She is your first contact for your inquires and bookings, special requests, concierge services and everything else you might need to make your stay in Greece as pleasant as you wish. She will welcome you in our base and will guide you through the check-in/check-out procedure as well as provide with all the information you needed before and during your charter.

There’s so many ways to find out the weather, that there really is no excuse for not knowing the weather – here’s our favourite places to check out the weather
" This was the best vacation we have ever had. We were met by Vasilis and his father who were both extremely professional and service oriented. Even before we had access to “our” boat, we were helped with a ride to a shop to gather provisions for our week-long sailing. We got a good walkthrough of the catamaran Tiny K. We also recived tips on travel routes and port visits. The boat Tiny K was extremely nice, clean and well equipped with the latest electronics, navigation equipment and fine sails. During the trip we had some questions that we asked via sms and we got quick, clear and helpful answers. We had a wonderful week on Tiny K and Prima Yachting and we Vasilis contributed greatly to this experience. We highly recommend Prima Yachting and Vasilis to anyone who wants to have a fantastic sailing vacation in the waters around Athens. We will return to Prima Yachting and Vasilis for more sailing holidays. "

"I am a professional skipper across Europe and the Caribbean and chartered Sea Force Jeanneau 54 for a flotilla in September 2018. The contact with Vasilis and all the base crew was very friendly, and everything was done to accommodate us very well. Check in and checkout were both very smooth. Also the boat was marvelous, in great condition and very well equipped and maintained. Whenever I have the choice I will go for Prima Yachts and look forward to working with Vasilis again! "

" Von der Übernahme der Yacht bis zur Übergabe war alles perfekt. Das Boot war in einem hervorragenden Zustand, sehr sauber und gepflegt und vom Segelequipment über Handtücher bis zur Kücheneinrichtung sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Man wird vom Team sehr erfecter empfangen, im Boot wartete zur Begrüßung Wein, Olivenöl und ein riesiger Obstkorb auf uns. Sowohl die Übergabe als auch die Übernahme erfolgt sehr professionell und gründlich. Selbst kleine Gefälligkeiten außer der Reihe (z.B. Klebeband zur Reparatur von beschädigtem Reisegepäck usw.) wurden umgehend erledigt. Macht weiter so! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße die Crew der “Whisper”.

Perfekte Vorbereitung, unkomplizierte Übernahme und Rückgabe, erfecter Service und ein tolles Team vor Ort. Die Yacht (Oceanis 46.1) war sehr sauber, in sehr gutem Zustand und mit hochwertiger, umfangreicher technischer Ausrüstung ausgestattet. Die Betten waren gemacht, Hautpflegeprodukte und Waschmittel sowie Begrüßungsgetränke und ein Obstkorb an Bord. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bei Prima Yachting buchen. "
